This pathway has been in continuous use since old times and serves as the original access route to the property. It has been used openly and without any dispute for years, indicating its established existence and acceptance by the local area.

Unauthorized Encroachment and Road Construction
During our absence, the opposite party allegedly used pressure and intimidation to carry out unauthorized construction. A road was created by encroaching approximately 5 inches (one brick width) over the existing 14-inch boundary wall, which clearly indicates unlawful interference with the property.

Even after the revenue department’s report came in our favor, the opposite party allegedly continued to obstruct the work and claimed to file a court case. Additionally, serious threats to life were made, indicating continued harassment despite official findings supporting our position.

After some time, the earlier boundary-related issue was dropped, and a new dispute regarding drainage (nali) was raised without valid reason. This appears to be an attempt to create fresh obstacles and continue interference in our ongoing work.
